Good for you! Sounds like you are a true viking - you'll have to try some good old dried raw lamb when you come to the Faroes - and perhaps some salted whale blubber!

Sheep's head sounds bad enough. But when you told me that it tastes like an armpit smells, that sounded like one of the worst things that you could ever eat. Pat.
